The BITeamwork "Notify" option has a special configuration that leverages the BIDelivers system as its initial means sending a notification of a comment to one or more users (and application roles).
Some customers have added a notification and reported not seeing an Alert appear on the recipient users global header of the dashboard when they log in.
As per normal, when encountering an potential issue, please turn on the DEBUG mode of the BITeamwork control panel and report the log to support.
The recipients of any notifications sent via BITeamwork comment forms must have permission to the default folder for agents /shared/Agents/. Set the privileges to be traversed to all sub-folders.
Once this is complete, attempt to repeat the notify action through BITeamwork and the recipient should now have an alert appear.
The iBot should always appear as created in administrators /My Folder/BITeamworkAgents folder. Once you see this visible, attempt to run the iBot per normal and if you see any errors, this error would need to be correct prior to this feature functioning correctly.
